Always conscious of our corporate social responsibility, Futura Group are always eager to support the local community in the West Midlands.
Rugby is a sport close to the hearts of all the Abel family, in particular CEO Mark Abel. Therefore, the Futura Group are proud to announce we are the main sponsor of Rugby League team, the Birmingham Bulldogs.
Bulldogs, who were founded in 1987, were in danger of closing in 2015. Futura’s sponsorship has enabled the club to get back on track and compete in this years’ Midlands Premier Rugby League.
With a fresh new kit for the season and training ground located at Billesley Common - which has recently seen significant investment, providing all weather pitches, as well as additional grass playing & training pitches - the future looks bright for the Birmingham Bulldogs.
With their new sponsor on board, the Birmingham Bulldogs are planning to cement a bright future in Rugby League. A key part to their strategy plan is to create a ‘Juniors’ section to the club in order to support and coach the youth of Birmingham in Rugby League.
